SB221:

  • Makes it easier to cheat in Louisiana Elections by allowing Secretary of State to disable Voting Machines as Vote Counting Devices.
  • Makes it easier to conceal Vote Fraud by authorizing transfer of Vote Tabulation from Voting Machines to Cyber Space.
  • Allows Secretary of State to rewrite Election Code Provisions, to enable Secretary of State to hand Louisiana’s Voting Machine Contract over to Dominion.
  • Does not Require Dominion to provide its Voting Software codes, testing and passwords to the Secretary of State–– which means Secretary of State has no direct way of knowing whether any of the Election Results provided by Dominion Software are accurate–– or rigged.
  • Does not Require Paper Ballots, or an auditable paper trail.
  • Does not Require a thorough forensic Audit of the Machines or Software used by Dominion to Count Votes.
  • Does not Prohibit Foreign Ownership or Control of the Dominion Voting Systems used by Louisiana.
  • Does not Fire Dominion; Does not stop Dominion from Counting Votes in Louisiana Elections.

Thomas Pressly received thousands of dollars of TV time from Stand for Children, a dark money Organization, which lobbies for Common Core. Between 2016 and 2020, at least nine representatives of Stand for Children, or current lobbyists of Stand for Children, lobbied before the Senate Education Committee to defeat Bills by John Milkovich to get rid of Common Core, and lobbied to keep Common Core in Louisiana.
